GW: 127 by Saturday
I think that has a little to do with the two margaritas I had last night :-P
I did well at the expo. All the food looked incredible! There was loads of southern specialties (loaded with cream and butter). I had a few bites of a broth-based soup and a single doughnut hole. 150 cals tops. Not bad considering they didn't have any diet coke!! My grandmother surprised me by visiting when I was all dressed up in my doctor scrubs. She got to meet all the wonderful people that I work with at the clinic too. It was a little bit of magic really.
I'm off of work today so it can go one of two ways:
1. Snack all day which will eventually lead into a b/p. Feel bloated and regretful tomorrow.
2. Maintain control, distract myself, exercise later, and be proud of myself in the morning.
I'll take number 2 please. Going to run a few errands and distract myself from eating the whole house. Probably leave the house right after lunch because that's when I'm most prone to give in and binge. After dinner I'm going for a bike ride because that's when the battle about eating sweets begins. So that's the plan!
