And I am bloated as fuck. 18 days late on my period too. I wish my uterus would get its shit together.
Well today is the first of the month AND a Sunday. The stars have lined up for a fresh start. I haven't been exercising. I mean I'm on my feet all day but no proper cardio or strength training. I've also been giving in to every little craving. No self-control at all. So disgusted with myself for giving up!
I'm back on track now. Going to get to my UGW 115 soon enough by making small goals. My goal this week is to cut back on sugar and to exercise for 1 hour at least 4 times. Goal weight for Saturday is simple: be in the 120s!
Intake: 655 so far, but my family wants to go out to eat. God help me.
Exercise: 1 hour bikeride (-400)
1 hour washing the car (-100)
