Well its been a pretty good day. Food wise I've kept it pretty simple and I'm only going to have egg-drop soup for dinner. I'm going to have to hear it from my bf's mom about that's all I'm having. Tough.

So, I've been battling some pretty intense back pain for the last year and a half. Its one-sided, excruciating in the morning. I can hardly tie my shoes. I had an orthopedic nurse look at it and she thinks I have a broken pelvis! She said probably an old stress fracture that never healed. Its the sacroilliac joint which is where your spine meets the pelvis. She said there's a lot of swelling. I thought it was just fat tissue or a weird muffin top. Which she responded "You're not fat enough for a muffin top." Compliment I guess. At least now I have an answer for the pain, even if I can't afford treatment. Looking forward to getting this fixed and starting to run again. I miss running so much. I hated it until it was taken away from me.

Anway. Its dinnertime. Time for the daily war about how I don't eat enough. Let the games begin...
