Days 2 and 3

There is cake in the fridge.  Someone just brought homemade peanutbutter cookies to the office.... tons of them! I try not to keep that stuff in the house because my husband doesn't really have a sweet tooth and I don't want the temptation. Don't know how bit I managed to avoid all of it.

Wednesdays are always good because I work late and often get to hit the gym twice. The downfall is that I usually get home super late and starving! The last several wednesdays I've gone home and double my intake by devouring everything in sight until I was uncomfortably full. Then the guilt would hit and the binging on junk would continue for several days. Working on changing that.

Even though I've drastically restricted in the last several days, I actually have lots of energy! Probably because I'm eating better foods. More fruit and vegetables and less processed stuff. My workouts have definitely taken more effort though. I'm sure it'll get easier when I don't have 30 extra lbs of flesh flopping around.
