Alright October... its you and me buddy. We're gonna make this happen. 120's here I come!
Goal for Halloween is 123 lbs. That's 31 days to lose less than 10 lbs. I know what I'm doing wrong... I'm eating too much sugar. I'm not exercising. My weight won't change unless I make the changes to make it happen.
Back to religious calorie counting. NO DESSERTS! Exercise. Update daily. Lose weight.

Total intake: 870
My fitness pal said that if every day were like today I could weigh 121.9 in 5 weeks.

I work tomorrow from 7:30am-10pm. Good thing I love my job! Already have my bag of food all packed. Salad, gumbo, a yogurt, 1 cup cereal, and an apple. That's all I'm going to allow myself. Its easier to restrict when you aren't hanging around a house full of food.

    i'd love to be able to say 'OH. I'LL GET TO MY GOAL WEIGHT OF 132 NOW.' but that won't happen so
    theres never enough sugar in my diet (yeah, that's the fun bit considering i only exist on chocolate and crisps. the only reason i have fruit and veg in my diet is because i also have a 1000mg of potassium rule - otherwise, it's all crap all the way! :D)
