I woke up extremely triggered this morning.  No idea why. Maybe because I didn't plan out today's meal plan like I have all this week. I just wanted to dive head first into the sugary cereal in the pantry. Instead, I took 5 minutes to drink a cup of coffee and come up with a plan.  I ended up having a boiled egg and slices of melon, like a good girl. For lunch im having salad.  Dinner is salsa chicken, which I have in the crock pot already simmering.

I was home all day catching up on housework which means easy access to the pantry out of boredom. I managed to keep myself occupied throughout the day. I made banana - chocolate chip muffins for work tomorrow because I had a ton of overripe bananas. I did splurge a little and had a few tastes of the batter. Less than what one muffin would have been. It's a total guess on my sugar intake today.

My workout today took every once of energy i had.  It was a pretty easy day on the treadmill too! This is my 6th workout in 5 days. The difference is that I'm not binging during the day so I don't have those sugar stores.

  1. Hey. It's good to see you posting again :) I hope the past week's been okay.

    Also, if you have a freezer, you can freeze overripe bananas to keep for later. You can just pop them in whole, but I usually mash them and divide them into little containers (brilliant for adding to things like oats or smoothies).
