Good workout, bad day

MW: 135lbs goddamnit.

I was so disappointed with my morning weigh in. I was starving before bed last night but I fought the hunger pangs and slept it off.

My tummy is starting to bloat because of PMS but I think the real culprit is still Christmas holiday calories. I was so mad that I gained a pound that I purged breakfast and lunch. It wasn't a binge. We are too poor to buy takeaways and I don't need my boyfriend noticing loads of food disappearing when he isn't home. After I purged lunch, I reweighed for the hell of it and I was back to 134. I know why I purged today... I was home alone and I'm incredibly stressed about exam results coming out soon.

I need to not be so angry with myself after gaining a pound, especially after three good days! Just shake it off and keep up good work.

I only had a cup of dry cereal to settle my stomach right before a run and dinner tonight which consists of baked chicken, a tiny sweet potato with fat free soured cream, and a green salad.

Great run today too... 6.3miles (10K) and a little weight training. My calves are so sore. I wish I felt it in my inner thighs as much as my calves!
