Happy New Year!

Happy 2013 Ladies!

I'm so optimistic about this year :-)

I've been looking at everyone's before and after pics for 2012 and you girls look stunning! I was 134 again this morning but I can already tell a difference from October. You try to tell yourself that you don't look as bad as you think. Some of my old pics still come up on my screen saver. I was so chunky! I'm looking forward to posting my before and after pics soon.

Today has been an excellent start to the new year. 
B-eggs and coffee (260)
L-chicken soup (200)
S-tea w/sugar (30)
D- planned green salad and 1 slice veg pizza (400)

Exercise: 
5 mile run and 45 minutes weight training (-780)
I was really fatigued after exercise today. My arms were shaking as I made my soup.
