Because if I don't have goals, there will be no motivation to lose any weight. No motivation to resist that brownie. No motivation to be anything other than ordinary.
December 7th- 125 lbs
December 14th- 123 lbs
December 20th- 120 lbs
December 20th is the day of the company Christmas party. I can definitely lose 7.6 lbs by then. I want to wear my black lace dress that I wore for my graduation from vet school. People at work have only ever seen me in scrubs!
Rules will be as follows:
1. Exercise 4 times per week, at least 30 minutes each.
2. 799 calories max daily, regardless of exercise.
3. Plan meals out a day in advance!
4. Update blog daily. Especially whenever temptation hits.
5. Drink lots of water. Stay hydrated!
6. Keep sugar to a minimum. (No cakes, cookies, sweets, brownies, etc)
7. No alcohol. Calories calories calories. I always overeat the next day. Not worth it.
Will post pictures when I hit my goal of 120. My UGW is 115 which I may be able to hit in January. For now, my goal is Christmas party, black dress, 120... the lowest I've ever been.

ReplyDelete7.6 pounds in one month is a lot of weight for me. i'd be happy with bloody dropping from 138.8 to 136 to be honest. if i see lower than that, i'd be as gleeful as a clam!

i nearly want to go through with your goals. funny i just broke number 6 right now - i've had an apple cut up with pure sugar stirred in! funny thing.
