Breakfast

GW: 125 by Saturday Dec 7th

Pretty good few days. There's always room for improvement though. For instance, today I ate 1001 calories. I sucessfully avoided pizza and what looked like an amazing cake at work. I would hate to think what my intake would be with all that junk. Crisis averted!

I'm so full right now! I had two bowls of broth-based vegetable soup for dinner. 209 cals. So filling!

Tomorrow I only work a 1/2 day so I'll be home with plenty of time to go for a wee run. Debating whether or not to eat breakfast. I'm always starving at lunchtime whether or not I eat breakfast, so it's almost not worth the calories. I don't have time for a proper breakfast... scrambled egg whites and a bit of turkey bacon. So it's usually a cup of cereal that I eat on the way to work. All sugar, which is why its not filling. No nutrition either. Not worth the calories. But the proper breakfast isn't worth the extra half hour in the morning.

Thoughts on eating breakfast?

    avoided pizza? people can do that?
    omg. forget it. soup > pizza. that's just my weird logic. then again i put noodles in soup so those two bowls for you would be like...2/3rds of a bowl for me. yum though noodle soup
    eating breakfast makes a difference in me. that is one thing i've noticed. if i don't eat breakfast in the morning, i'll be thinking about food until the PM simply because i've "not eaten yet" so if i eat breakfast, i can sort of just go like "but you've had calories a bit ago". when i don't eat breakfast - by lunch time i'm gnawing my hands off in a ludicrous manner.
