Resolutions

Cliche, but hey...

1. Run 1000 miles this year (roughly broken down to 5 miles 4 times a week)
2. Log absolutely everything. 899 kcal per day is the goal.
3. Limit sugar intake to 25g daily. I'm averaging g 60g which is completely unacceptable. I'm going to try coffee without sugar, minimal deserts, and making my own salad dressings.
4. Drink more water. No more diet drinks.
5. Finally reach my goal weight of 115 lbs.

That's it. Humble, but ideal.

  1. I really like this list. It's like the 'SMART' way to set goals, if you've ever heard of it. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-bound.
You've gone into more detail than just "lose weight" or "eat less sugar" or "run more often", which I think sets you up for success from the start :)

Good luck! Have a safe and happy New Year xx

  2. dude, run 1000 miles. i'm jealous of that one.
    and fuck. 25g of sugar.
dude, i had 11 cherries and three crackers with raspberry jam. that's 28g of sugar already. good luck with minimising sugar. i find that more difficult than keeping up to 900 calories a day.
you killed me with no more diet drinks, like legit.
    your gw of 115.
    good luck, angel!
