In a moment of weakness, I ate 500 fucking calories of almonds and chocolate. Three minutes was all it took to eat all of that. Three minutes undid what would have been a good day. I'm so angry and disappointed. Not only that, but I'm going to make myself a diabetic before I'm 40 if I don't get control of that sweet tooth.
And I ate breakfast today so I wouldn't be too hungry at lunchtime. I had cereal on my way to work, then a yogurt as a mid-morning snack. And I still managed to binge on chocolate after lunch.
