My own 30 day challenge
1. 750 cals MAXIMUM daily intake
2. Absolutely no chocolate
3. Workout 6 days per week (5 mile run minimum 4 times per week)
4. No eating before 9am
5. No eating after 8pm
I would want #5 to be 'No eating after 5pm" but my eating schedule is completely dependent on my bf's work schedule and he doesn't usually get home until that time. I cook all the meals. Having said that, I don't eat red meat. I work with animals so its weird. Most of the time I cook meals with red meat not only for his nutrition but also as an excuse to keep from eating the main course. I always make a salad and veg to go on the side so I can have a low-cal option for dinner.
Tonight he pointed out my dinner as "not being enough for a human to live on." Whatever. I always give him a huge portion because he's naturally lean and muscular. Must be nice. It really aggravates me that he points out my portions every night. On the other hand I can't blame him because he knows that my mum has been anorexic for the past decade. He's sincerely afraid of me succumbing to the disorder.
My question to you girls is this: How can you hide ana/mia to people that you've already confessed it to??
