Pretty good day

CW: 138 (137 after run)

Im so happy to finally see the number going down on the scale. I've been restricting a lot. I've had the opportunity to b/p but went for a run instead. We have the gorgeous blueberry muffins in the kitchen and as good as they look I don't want to eat it. I just smell it and pretend its a candle. I can't eat candles but I sure enjoy the smell. haha!

I've been thinking of what I want my ugw to be. I'm pretty tall (5'8'') so double-digits will probably be too skinny. The lowest I've ever been is 125 but I could remember wanting to lose another 15 or 20 lbs at that point. I think I just want to be small enough to get rid of the fat!! I don't want to jiggle or look soft. I love to work out so I wouldn't mind being 125 if I was completely toned and defined. There's another part of me that wants to see prominent hipbones, collarbones, ribs, etc.



Thought of the day: Ever notice that food tastes better when you're hungry? Like, way better?! The first few bites of anything are euphoric. Once my stomach starts to fill and i'm increasingly becoming satisfied or full, food looses that euphoria. It could be that the guilt begins to kick in the more that i eat. I don't know. There's no denying that the first bite of anything is always, indefinitely, better than the last.

Spending the day with my bf (yay!!) so I'll have to eat lunch and dinner. I'll be careful though. Lots of veggies.

Out of all celebrities, I've always thought that she has an amazing body. Fake boobs and all :-P
