Damn. It's my own fault. My bf insisted on going out to eat for dinner. We went to an all-you-can-eat chinese place. I only had one plate, mostly steamed veggies and a little chicken. That wouldn't have been so bad but I ended up eating M&M's after dinner when we went to movie. I knew that I would regret it but I ate them anyway. The gain this morning must have been from the sodium in the chinese food. I hated myself as I was eating those stupid chocolates!! How do you girls avoid eating chocolate when you are craving it?
I punished myself at the gym today. I burned roughly 900 calories. 400 is a pretty normal workout for me but I especially wanted to burn off those M&M's which probably was about 500 cals.
I need to start updating at night instead of before I've eaten anything. It's easy to be optimistic in the morning but avoiding a binge later in the evening is a little tougher. I can't update in front of my bf though. He doesn't know about this blog and we live together.
I've only had a cup of coffee and a cup of tea today but I don't really have a plan with the exception of no chocolate ever again. My bf is coming home after work so I may or may not have to eat lunch. Hopefully I'll be able to update again tonight.
