Finally reached GW!

MW: 131
GW1: 131 by 4/27  Reached :-)
GW2: 129 by 5/4

Finally reached that goal! Now my goal is to keep the trend going down instead of hovering within the same 5 lbs.

Ok here's my plan for this week:
-Keep intake under 800 cals
-No eating between 9pm-9am
-One full glass of water upon waking up and right before every meal
-Take vitamins

Totally doable! There's no excuses this time. I just have to keep focused and keep in control. I could potentially be in and out of the 120's by the end of May!

I've been doing different exercises since I can't run right now. I've been walking on an inclined treadmill, biking, and elliptical. My legs are definitely more toned! Maybe that's why it took me so long to reach 131. I don't work out to get sore, but there is definitely more muscle tone. I'll keep up with the machines for now. I'll have that thigh gap before summertime.
