GW: 131 doesn't look like it's going to happen by Saturday :-(
I just can't be trusted around food. I go ape-shit crazy if I eat anything when I'm alone in the house. There's no off switch! Today I'm going to go for a nice long walk with my dog if I feel a binge coming on.
My bf's sister is getting married on August 10th. She is so gorgeous and thin! Her best friend is probably going to be the maid of honor. Last time I saw her I was at my lowest (125) about two summers ago. I know that she used to be bulimic and she mentioned how skinny I was. I have to get back down to AT LEAST that weight by the wedding. Ideally I want to be 115 since I have such a big summer coming up.
The problem lies in not being able to exercise. I'm in so much pain in my back that I can't run. Walking is even painful. I have to seriously restrict if I want to get down to 115 by this summer.
Today is all about distractions. No binging//purging allowed!
Just a reminder of what I want:
B: coffee, milk, sugar (130)
S: nonfat greek yogurt (130)
L: 3 slices turkey (110) skinny Latte (128)
D: taco salad w/ black beans (392)
Total: 890 cals
Exercise: 1 hour on treadmill, incline (-540)
