It doesn't look like I'm going to reach my goal. For the fourth goddamned week in a row. At least I'm not 135 anymore.

bf is working all day until dinner.

I'm at a loss of what to do. I'm so weak when it comes to candy and chocolate. How can I avoid high-fat foods like pastas and chips, but lose my shit over a brownie?! I'm so frustrated with myself. I can spend hours at the gym but I don't lose weight because I'm weak when it comes to food.

I'm not very good at updating either. I'll log my calories into my app but once I reach what I think is too much I'll stop logging then promise to "start over tomorrow". Tomorrow never gets here. That's why my goal weight never gets here either.

I need a restart. I need to stay strong. I need thin.
