I deserve every fat fucking pound of that because I just can't keep Easter chocolate out of my greedy mouth.
I've planned every single calorie of my day today. 765 calories total. I'm not counting exercise on my tracker app anymore because it subtracts those cals from my intake which gives me a false sense of what I've actually eaten.
Tonight for dinner I'm making gnocci in a cream sauce with loads of sausage in it. I'm not going to eat a single bite. That's all for my boyfriend. I'm having a green salad with boiled egg whites and light vinaigrette. NO CHOCOLATE AFTER DINNER! Only a cup of tea if I must have something.
Also I've applied for a job back home! A real career. I'm so happy and I'm really praying that I get it! The bossman was impressed with my resume. Fingers crossed!!!
