Strict

I haven't been able to exercise because I've been in so much bone pain. It's killing me not being able to run!

I'm going to be very strict about measuring and counting everything. Obviously I give myself too much credit about estimating because I'm not losing anything. I'm going to log calories into my tracker app BEFORE I consume anything. I'm also not eating anything when I'm home alone. Calories consumed when no one is looking are calories wasted. Although I shouldn't say that because that's why I purge so much. Yesterday I had two b/p sessions. Disgusting and pathetic. The goal of a purge is an empty stomach, right? Why can't I just avoid the binge in the first place?!

     light vinaigrette (59)

D: Homemade stir-fry (378)
S: 1/2 serving cadbury chocolate (147)
Total: 829 cals

Exercise: Walking 1/2 hour (-168)

//Update\\ I've managed to white-knuckle it today! No binging or purging! And we even have two birthday cakes in the house. Of course it's not dinner time yet but I have a huge low-cal stir fry planned. Just got to hold on!
