How frustrating!
I worked out for TWO HOURS yesterday. It's not muscle gain because I don't work out to get sore. I just try to burn as many calories as possible. I got down to 132 on Saturday, only 1 lb over my goal for that day. I haven't even binged!
I deleted my old calorie tracker app and downloaded a new one. This one is called FatSecret. It's a free app for your phone and the website is loaded with challenges and recipes. Add me if you decide do use the app too! My name is ScarlettWB. It took a little while to get used to the new app but I really like this one! The calories are very specific. What I really like is that it doesn't automatically deduct your exercise calories from your intake. That means no matter how hard I exercise, I'm still held accountable for every calorie.
i just felt like I needed a fresh start with my calorie tracker. The problem is always the afternoon when I'm too hungry to bother documenting every single calorie so I just don't. No more. If I'm going to lose 20 lbs by the summer, I have to keep my focus and put cravings in check.
My boyfriend is home early today from work so I'll have to have a real lunch (not just a yogurt). All I've had so far is white coffee (85 cals). I've got lunch and dinner planned because it's too dangerous to listen to cravings!
My plan for today is to suck it up, even with the unexplained 3lb weight gain. I just have to keep from getting discouraged and carry on.
