Can I do it?!

Two glorious days in a row. Intake less than 900, hour exercise, and no binging/purging! In fact, I'm going to the gym for a second time today because my boyfriend feels "fat". Lol, I'll take it.

I have a whole new motivation with two weddings and a beach vacation coming up! I've been keeping myself distracted by going sit in coffee shops or with my bf at work.



B: tea, milk sugar and nonfat yogurt (171)
L: 1 boiled egg, 3 boiled egg whites (144)
S: grande americano, apple (124)
D: huge salad with chicken breast (383)
Total: 823 cals

Exercise: 1 hour walk on treadmill, inclined (-450)
                  1/2 hour eliptical (-300)
