Breaking fast

One pound to go! Tomorrow and Wednesday are going to be tough because my bf is off all day. Maybe since I'm only one pound away from my next goal I'll be able to keep it together! Breaking the fast today so I don't binge over the next two days like I did last week.

I'm kind of obsessed with cinnamon right now! It's really yummy when you put it on top of coffee grounds before you brew a pot. I've also put it on top my oatmeal. It's good on top of sliced apples too. Not as filling as peanut butter but at least it sort of changes up the taste of a plain apple.

I didn't keep breakfast down but then had another mini binge at lunch time. I had a handful of dry cereal, yogurt, and a few nuts. Still hungry so I went back for more. Then more. Then a little bit more. Soon the feeling of disconnection came over me as I robotically grabbed more and more. FREAKED the fuck out as I was adding up the calories in my head and so I had to get rid of it. *Sigh* Just can't be trusted with food. Even "healthy" food. Today is one of those days when all food is out to get me :-/

I have to keep dinner down. A salad should be easy enough right?

  1. I LOVE peanut butter and apples. I can't believe how many calories are in peanut butter. Its disgusting!! 5 million calories for 2 Tbps.

    Stupid binges. The grab us at the worst time ever!!
