Not good but not awful

Not horrible after a cheat day yesterday. We had chinese take out and I got shrimp with vegetables and egg drop soup. LOADED with sodium I'm sure. The sauce was soy sauce based but there was so much oil at the bottom of the plate! Why do they put so much oil in take away foods? It's not like oil tastes good... it just tastes plain. It was only about 2 cups of food because I didn't eat the fried rice. 800 cals maybe? Then I had a salad for dinner. Then a piece of cake. Not good but not a binge.

Today is good. My bf and I went for a run this morning which was tough because it's getting really hot outside. Tonight we are going to have hot dogs. I convinced my bf to get the low-cal turkey hot dogs and low-cal whole wheat buns. So I can eat 2 for 260 kcal. He always eats the remaining 6 with chili and cheese. He's so lucky to have a fast metabolism. He can eat whatever he wants as much as he wants. Must be nice! Don't you just envy people like that?

  1. I Love egg drop soup! And yeah, sounds like my roommate. He can make an entire roast and eat the entire thing in only 2 days.
