Lets just say Day 3 was my cheat day. I did pretty good overall. The Japanese buffet went as good as could have been expected. I only ate about 11 bits of sushi... and I only had the healthy rolls. Nothing with spicy mayo or tempora. I also had about 1 cup of this veggie/seafood dish that didn't look too unhealthy. Only a few bites of my favourite honey chicken which I usually pig out on! I downed a full glass of water before i started eating and between each place. I did good food-wise but then came time for dessert. I had 3/4 cup mandarine oranges in juice... which would have been fine if I stopped there!! But I had to go back for 2 honey cookies, 3 macaroons, and 1/2 cup sugary peanuts. I would probably put it at 1200 calories total. That was the only meal I ate yesterday because I was STUFFED! I had a brownie right before bed. So Day 3 = 1500 cals?
Not a total loss. 1500 cals is still less than most people eat in a day. Especially after going to an all-you-can-eat buffet! I didn't get any fried egg rolls, fried crab ragoons (which I absolutely love), cheesy crab cassarole, or any dish which had fried things in it. Maybe that's why I don't feel awful about indulging. I didn't give up halfway through the meal and start bingeing on all my fatty favorites.
Today I'm back on track. I went running without a shirt on because it was so hot outside. I could feel everything jiggling especially the love handles. My bf was running behind me and said that he didn't see my fat jiggling... I love him so much, even if he lies to make me feel better haha.
Stay strong lovelies xx
