I don't even care that I've had liquids and only lost a half a pound. I guess my body is still working off the calories from the lemon squares fiasco last week. I didn't exercise yesterday, either.

Today consists of liquids only. Coffee, tea, and bouillon broth for when I want something salty. Probably going to get a massive diet Dr. Pepper at a gas station on my way home tonight.

Definitely not going to hit 120 for my birthday in June but I truly don't understand why I only lose two or three pounds before I plateau for weeks at a time. I guess years of yoyo and crash dieting has screwed up my metabolism that bad. Please God let me reach the 120's by the end of the week!

Season finale of Survivor tonight! It's crazy to see how skinny everyone gets. I mean they lose 20+ pounds in 39 days. I've lost nearly 20 pounds and I definitely don't look emaciated. They lose weight so rapidly that their bodies have no choice but to eat the muscle. The faster you lose weight the faster you gain it back. Slow and steady...

  2. 130.5 wow. That actually sounds amazing. You only have to lose ten pounds. When you think about it, it isn't that far away at all!
