I would hate to think that yesterday's weigh-in was a fluke :-(

Yesterday was a crazy day. Memorial day so all other clinics were closed. We were SLAMMED. The other vets ordered some pizza which I had NONE! I kept finding things to do to keep busy so I never grabbed a slice. But then there was the community bag of skittles that one of the pregnant nurses brought in. Had a few handfuls of those little demons.

Nothing new to report really. On days that I work I crash on the sofa in my scrubs at 9pm. It's pretty pathetic, lol. I was off today so I ran for 5 miles, walked 1, then biked for 20 minutes. Burned 700 cals or so but I have no idea what my intake was. It wasn't bad, just didn't bother to count. Weird. Very weird.

Working tomorrow and Thursday. I'll try to update with at least my intake.
