Day 8

It was brought to my attention that my blog was open to invited readers only?? I double checked my settings and my readers and commenters was set on "anybody". I hope it was just a little glitch because I sincerely love my readers/commenters. Can anyone see this?

Anyway, I didn't reach my goal yesterday of 129. I've been burning about 700 cals at the gym everyday. I've been pretty strict on counting/logging calories but apparently it's not strict enough. I have to start counting gum, bites of my bf's dinner, and measuring things religiously instead of a rough estimate. It's difficult to measure everything in front of my bf because he gets suspicious and I have to hear a long lecture about not getting too skinny, blah blah blah. I don't know how much more strict I can get!

But I'm gaining muscle. Like I've mentioned before my legs are getting more toned. I have a pair of Gap shorts that are a UK size 10 (US size 6) and they are falling off of me. I have a pair of size 4 jeans that fit quite nicely now. They were pretty snug a month ago. Maybe they just need to be washed and dried back to their proper size, haha! I haven't been a size 4 since I was 14 years old. I hit puberty and gained enough weight to go from a US size 4 to a size 12 almost overnight. My "normal" size is a US size 8. Is it just me or are stores making their sizes smaller??
