Playing catch-up

It's been forever it seems like! I've missed being able to blog!

Well I didn't hit my goal for today, but instead gained 2 lbs. My eating/sleeping schedule has been nuts since I started working! I've been covering 14-hour shifts for the last 4 days in a row! Needless to say I haven't been exercising. My calves have been a little sore from all the walking. I'm tempted to buy a pedometer to count my steps. Oh and I started my period two days ago so hopefully it's water weight that will come off soon.

I love my job. It's hard work but I love what I do. I have a purpose in life again, haha!

I'm not too bummed about 130's. I knew this week was going to be an adjustment. I have a pair of x-small scrubs that I wore yesterday. They were too small when they were first given to me and now they fit! I've never been able to wear x-small anything over my ass. I'm small up top but "curvy" in the hips.

Alright I need to set goals for myself this week.

1. Keep cals under 750 on off days, 950 when working
2. Chug a full glass of water before eating anything
3. Exercise on every off-day
4. NO FUCKING SWEETS/desserts
5. Get to 127 before Saturday (20 lbs lost since starting weight)
6. Do good at the bbq on Saturday (under 500 cals)

    And crazy that I just got my period on Monday. Today was my last day, thank whoever!

    I can not wait to get back into my xs scrubs! I almost had to buy Medium, but I guess I finally had enough.

    You are doing great, babe. Don't sell yourself short. AND NEVERZ feel guilty if you do not workout on the days you work.

    It's not as easy as it sounds.
